OUR PROCESS

At Langer Search we take an extremely strategic approach that’s bespoke to each individual.

GET TO KNOW YOU

First we get to know the candidate: what are his/her preferences, long-term goals and lifestyle/ family dynamic? Understanding who the candidate is will help us place him/her most effectively long-term.

LEARN ABOUT TIMING

Next we determine their timing. If they’re ready to make a move right now, we take a strategic approach to help them and if they’re able to wait, we create a plan.

REVIEW YOUR MATERIALS

Then we review their materials: resume, deal sheet and transcript. 

THINK ABOUT YOUR STORY

Next we craft the “candidate story” to highlight what makes this candidate stand out. This is a key element to the process and is highly dependent upon the amount of information provided by the candidate.  Stories ultimately sell the firm on a candidate. 

GET THE BALL ROLLING

After that, we reach out to the firms, schedule interviews and coordinate all logistics. We thoroughly prep and focus the candidates to have successful meetings.

We conduct all of the follow-ups, negotiations and handle the deal from start to finish. Ideally, a candidate will receive multiple offers and we help navigate the options available.

GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP

We provide updates and communication before, during and after the interviews so that we are all on the same page and candidates are supported.

Ultimately we do not make the decision for you, but are your guide all throughout the process.
