In this industry, the strongest support you can have is real people who care.

Of the total placements, 45% were female attorneys (19), 55% were male (23). All of the associates received signing bonuses. Of the 24 partners: 7 were already partners, 17 had not been partners previously. Of the 5 counsel: 4 were not counsel previously.

Each placement we made this year represents not only a successful career move for that attorney, but also a successful relationship between myself, as a recruiter, and the candidate. Our primary goal is to build deep and meaningful relationships with attorneys in order to understand the best way to position them for future success. We’re so proud to have had the opportunity to work with such outstanding attorneys and help them achieve their long-term goals.
